2. Assignment

In groups of 3-4 people, participants will learn how to create effective prompts for AI tools, focused on a jointly chosen business challenge.

Structure:

  • Problem Selection and Prompt Design (15 minutes)

As a group, choose one business challenge that can be solved with AI. Collaboratively develop two to three prompts to address this challenge.


Apply the best practices you've learned to write effective prompts.

  • Prompt Testing and Refining (10 minutes)

Test the prompts with an available AI tool. Refine the prompts based on the results.

  • Presentation (5 minutes)

Present briefly to the whole group: The chosen challenge
Your best prompt The result and potential application

  • Deliverable:

A set of 2-3 tested prompts focused on a specific business challenge.

3. AI in your department

We conclude the training with an interactive session focused on concrete applications within your organization.

  • Open Discussion : Share insights and ideas about potential AI applications in your department.

  • Brainstorm: Identify opportunities and challenges for implementing AI in your daily work.

  • Action Plan: Develop a concise step-by-step plan for integrating AI tools into your processes.

  • Commitment : Record which AI applications you will try out in the coming month.

  • Result : A concrete plan to immediately implement AI in your department, tailored to your specific needs and objectives.
