2. Assignment
In groups of 3-4 people, participants will learn how to create effective prompts for AI tools, focused on a jointly chosen business challenge.
Structure:
Problem Selection and Prompt Design (15 minutes)
As a group, choose one business challenge that can be solved with AI. Collaboratively develop two to three prompts to address this challenge.
Apply the best practices you've learned to write effective prompts.
Prompt Testing and Refining (10 minutes)
Test the prompts with an available AI tool. Refine the prompts based on the results.
Presentation (5 minutes)
Present briefly to the whole group: The chosen challenge
Your best prompt The result and potential application
Deliverable:
A set of 2-3 tested prompts focused on a specific business challenge.
3. AI in your department
We conclude the training with an interactive session focused on concrete applications within your organization.
Open Discussion : Share insights and ideas about potential AI applications in your department.
Brainstorm: Identify opportunities and challenges for implementing AI in your daily work.
Action Plan: Develop a concise step-by-step plan for integrating AI tools into your processes.
Commitment : Record which AI applications you will try out in the coming month.
Result : A concrete plan to immediately implement AI in your department, tailored to your specific needs and objectives.
